Edwards Hydraulic Dual Stations FAQs

What's the difference between the PowerLink and Portable Power Unit dual stations?

The Edwards 25-Ton Dual Station with PowerLink Hydraulic Tool connects to a PowerLink system you already own. The Edwards 25-Ton Dual Station with Portable Power Unit includes its own dedicated power unit, so it works without an existing PowerLink setup.

Will a Dual Station work with my Edwards Ironworker?

Both dual stations connect to Edwards machines running the PowerLink system, including Edwards Ironworkers. Confirm your ironworker has PowerLink before ordering the PowerLink version, or choose the Portable Power Unit version to run independently.

What tonnage do the Edwards Hydraulic Dual Stations support?

Both dual stations are rated at 25 tons per workstation, giving you two full punching and shearing stations at that capacity.

Are the dual stations safe for daily shop use?

Yes. Each station ships with ANSI B11.5-1988(02) compliant guarding and an electric foot pedal with jog control, so operators keep both hands on the material during use.
