Baileigh Beveling Machines FAQs

What is the difference between the CM-6-1.0 and the CM-10P?

The CM-6-1.0 is a bench-mounted machine with a 5-blade cutting wheel and up to 6 mm chamfer depth. The CM-10P is a portable 18 lb unit with a 1 HP brushless motor and up to 10 mm chamfer capacity — better suited for work at the part rather than at a fixed bench.

Can the Baileigh CM-060PR bevel pipe as well as flat plate?

Yes. The CM-060PR includes a two-in-one base plate that converts between flat plate beveling and pipe beveling by repositioning the rollers. It handles pipe from 150 mm to 350 mm in diameter.

What bevel angles can Baileigh beveling machines cut?

The CM-6-1.0 adjusts continuously from 15° to 45°. The CM-10P offers preset angles at 15°, 30°, and 45°. The CM-060PR adjusts from 0° to 60°, giving the widest angle range of the three.

Do Baileigh beveling machines run on standard shop power?
