At Advanced Machinery, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right, our team will make the return or cancellation process clear, fair, and as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find a breakdown of our return windows by brand, followed by our standard requirements and warranty information.
Returns
Hegner – Free 60-Day Return Window
- Hegner products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is free, and no restocking fee applies.
Tormek – Free 60-Day Return Window
- For a limited time, Tormek systems include a 60-day return window.
- We cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Apollo Sprayers – Free 30-Day Return Window
- Apollo HVLP systems may be returned within 30 days.

All Other Brands – Standard 30-Day Return Policy
- All other brands may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.
- The restocking fee is in place to cover the costs charged to us by the manufacturer.
Return Requirements
To keep our policies fair and consistent, the following conditions apply to all returns, including Hegner, Tormek, and Apollo:

Items must arrive in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging, accessories, parts, and manuals. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or missing components cannot be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, inspection and refund processing typically take 3–5 business days.
If your order was placed through Amazon or eBay, the return must be processed directly through those platforms.

Cancellations
1-Hour Free Cancellation Window (Business Hours Only)
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, during business hours, at no cost.
If your cancellation request is received within this window and the order has not begun processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After the 1-Hour Window
If more than one hour has passed—or if the request is submitted outside business hours—orders are subject to a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee, which is charged to us by our credit card processor.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once it arrives using the applicable return policy.

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded in full less the non-refundable 3% payment processing fee charged to us by the credit card processor.
Warranty Support
Advanced Machinery only partners with brands we trust. We strive to offer the best tools on the market—machines built to provide long-term value in your shop. Still, we understand that sometimes issues arise. That’s why every product we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Warranties apply to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, improper setup, neglect, misuse, accidental damage, or consumable parts (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer).
