Trimming and cleaning up banded edges by hand takes time, and the results can vary from panel to panel. The Laguna Bandit 5 Edgebander is Laguna's most complete edgebander, with pre-milling, trimming, corner rounding, and buffing built in.

• Pre-Milling Unit Preps a Clean Panel Edge - Cutters take a light pass off the panel edge before banding so the tape bonds to a fresh, square surface.
• Dual Motor Trimming Units Cut the Band Flush - Two end trim motors cut the band at the front and back of the panel while top and bottom trimmers remove overhang on both faces.
• Corner Rounding Unit Finishes Panel Ends - The rounding unit shapes the band at each corner so panel ends come out smooth and ready to handle.
• Scraping and Buffing Stations Clean Up the Edge - The scraper removes small trim marks and the buffing wheels polish the band for a clean final finish.

Feed a cabinet side in at up to 23 meters per minute, and it comes out banded, trimmed, rounded, and ready for assembly.
