Notching tube by hand often leaves you re-centering the workpiece after every cut, especially on bends. The Baileigh TN-250 uses a self-centering vise to keep tube aligned automatically, even mid-bend.

• 220° Carriage Pivot Reaches Notches From Any Angle - The carriage pivots up to 220 degrees so you can cut back side notches without repositioning the tube.
• Slotted Mounting Rails Allow Offset Notching - Two scaled rails let you shift the workpiece up to 1 inch for offset cuts without extra setup.
• Heavy Steel Backbone and Thomson Shaft Hold Tolerances - A .75 inch steel plate frame and sealed needle bearings on a 1.25 inch shaft keep the notcher rigid and accurate cut after cut.

With the tube locked in and centered, you can move from layout to notch to weld setup without stopping to true up the cut.
