Two hydraulic motors paired with high-efficiency planetary gearboxes rotate the two central driven rolls directly. This drive system delivers steady torque across the full 120-inch forming length without the power loss common in gear-chain drive setups.
Four-Roll Design Completes the Part in One Pass
The four-roll configuration lets you pinch the plate between the two central rolls, pre-bend the leading edge, roll the body, and finish the trailing edge all in one direction without reversing. The plate stays pinched throughout the cycle, so position is never lost mid-roll.
Independent Front Roll Lifters Keep Rolls Parallel
The front rolls use independent hydraulic lifters that move in an orbital pattern, with a stabilizer torsion bar system keeping them parallel to the top roll throughout the cycle. This coordination maintains consistent pressure across the full width of the plate during bending.
Dual DROs and Movable Console Support Repeatable Work
Two digital readouts on the control panel display the front and back roll positions so you can return to the same settings across a production run. The operator console is movable, allowing the operator to work from the most practical position for the material being rolled.
