The Wilton 4800R is built for work that pushes past what a standard bench vise can hold. Set the jaws in standard position and you get a 9-1/4" opening; flip them and that grows to 14-1/2". The 8" jaw width and 4-3/4" throat depth keep a firm grip on wide, heavy stock in either configuration. A 360° swivel base and four-point bench mount let you set the work angle and keep the vise planted under load.
