The Nova Large M12 Box Rest gives you a flat, stable surface for controlling a scraper while turning bowls and other box style work. It is part of the NOVA M12 Modular Tool Rest System, so it attaches to a NOVA dual ended tool rest post rather than working on its own. The M12 x 1.5 thread offers a stronger grip than the older M10 design, cutting down on the risk of breakage. Built from cast iron and stainless steel, it holds up to shop use and resists rust from wet wood.
