The Nova 3" Faceplate mounts to any lathe with a 1-1/4" 8 TPI headstock spindle, including all Nova lathes. It gives you a stable, spin balanced surface for faceplate turning without added vibration. Four screw holes hold your workpiece secure, and the rim lip makes it easy to remove from the spindle when the work is done.
