Tool-free abrasive access and a roomy drum opening simplify abrasive changes and reduce downtime. A thrust-bearing-supported height mechanism prevents drift and removes backlash for smoother adjustments.

The 25-inch capacity (50 inches in double pass) expands what you can sand without stretching your workflow. A 22-inch conveyor gives strong support to wider pieces, while the drum carriage is bolted to the base so it never moves out of alignment.
