Laguna SMT 13 Inch Combination Brush Drum Sander

Are you tired of production bottlenecks slowing down your finishing work?

What if one machine could handle raw wood sanding through final coat prep without swapping tools?

Meet the Laguna SMT 13 Inch Combination Brush Drum Sander, a shop machine built with moldings in mind.

With a 1-3/4 HP motor and quick change brush heads, it moves through stock from 1/32 inch up to 4 inches thick.

When one machine covers every sanding step, your finishing line keeps moving instead of waiting on changeovers.

Laguna SMT 13" Combo Sander for Production Finishing Work

Variable Brush Speed Controls Finishing Passes

Brush speed and conveyor feed rate are both infinitely variable, so you can dial in the pass for the material and finish stage. This lets you move from raw wood sanding to fine finish work on the same machine.

Adjustable Tension Rollers Prevent Stock Slippage

Fully adjustable tension rollers hold stock steady as it feeds through the machine. Consistent contact means fewer skips and a more even result across the full length of the piece.

Reinforced Steel Conveyor Bed Steadies Feed

The reinforced steel conveyor bed and poly conveyor belt keep stock moving flat and true through the sanding head. A steady feed helps produce consistent results from the first piece to the last.

Optional Sanding Drum Adds Surface Sanding

An optional sanding drum can be added for surface sanding work beyond what the brush head covers. Quick change brush heads and abrasive loadings make switching between setups straightforward.
