Belt Head Positioning Supports the Full Range of Work
The belt head adjusts both vertically and horizontally and operates at any angle. This lets you shift from flat stock finishing to curved or contoured edge work without switching to a second machine. The removable upper belt guard opens access for contour finishing so the belt can conform to irregular shapes cleanly.
Cast Iron Table Holds Position Under Load
The large cast iron slotted table provides a stable platform for disc work. It tilts 45 degrees outward and 20 degrees inward to cover flat, angled, and beveled workpieces. The mass of the table holds its setting under repeated use so your angle stays consistent from the first piece to the last.
Die Cast Aluminum Miter Gauge Speeds Angle Work
The standard die cast aluminum miter gauge lets you set plain and compound miters directly at the disc table. You can dial in your angle once and repeat it accurately across multiple pieces. This keeps your workflow moving without stopping to measure and reposition between cuts.
Fully Machined Disc Delivers Even Stock Removal
The 12-inch disc is fully machined and balanced to run true. An unbalanced disc introduces vibration that shows up as inconsistent surface finish. A balanced disc at 1,960 RPM removes stock evenly and leaves a surface that is ready for the next step without extra passes.
