Ball Bearing Blade Guides Keep Cuts Straight
The fully adjustable ball bearing blade guides support the blade close to the cut on both sides. This reduces blade deflection so your cuts stay true across round stock, flat bar, and structural shapes. Consistent blade support means less cleanup and more predictable results at the vise.
Three Blade Speed Settings Match Material Requirements
The HVBS-56M runs at 80, 120, or 200 SFPM. Slower speeds handle harder metals and thicker cross-sections without overloading the blade. Higher speeds move through softer stock more efficiently. Selecting the right speed for the material extends blade life and keeps cuts clean.
Vise with 45-Degree Swivel Handles Angle Cuts
The vise swivels to 45 degrees so you can set up miter cuts without repositioning the workpiece by hand. Rectangular capacity reaches 5" x 5-3/4" at 90 degrees and 4-1/2" x 3" at 45 degrees. Round stock cuts up to 5" at 90 degrees and 3" at 45 degrees. The adjustable material stop lets you repeat the same cut length without re-measuring each piece.
Heavy-Duty Steel Stand Keeps the Saw Stable at the Cut
The 14-gauge steel stand is built for rigidity at the base so the saw does not shift during cuts. The redesigned frame adds stability and ease of use compared to earlier versions.
