Variable Speed Dial Matches Blade Speed to the Material
The HBS-56MVS runs blade speeds from 80 to 230 SFPM, adjustable with a single dial. No belt changes are required. Softer metals run at higher speeds. Harder stock runs slower. You turn the dial, set the speed, and the saw holds it.
Swiveling Cast Head Cuts Miters Without Moving the Stock
The heavy-duty cast head swivels from 0° to 60°, letting you cut miters and angled sections without repositioning or reclamping the workpiece. At 45°, you can cut up to 3-3/4" round or 3-3/4" × 2-1/3" rectangle. At 90°, the capacity is 5" round or 5" × 6" rectangle.
Ball Bearing Blade Guides Keep the Blade Tracking True
Fully adjustable ball bearing blade guides support the blade throughout the cut. They are set to match the blade and the work, reducing drift and keeping the cut line consistent from start to finish. Proper guide adjustment is key to clean results and longer blade life.
Integrated Wheels and Leveling Pads Support Shop Mobility
