The swing-away control panel puts speed adjustment directly in the operator's reach without stepping away from the cut. Dialing in the right blade speed for each material — whether mild steel, aluminum, or structural stock — reduces blade wear and produces cleaner cuts across the full range of work the machine is built to handle.
Hydraulic Downfeed Regulates Feed Rate Through the Cut
The hydraulic downfeed control lets you set the feed rate to match the material in the vise. Harder or larger cross-section stock gets a slower, controlled descent. Softer material can move faster without forcing the blade. This adjustment keeps cuts accurate and extends blade life by preventing overload.
Semi-Automatic Bow Return Speeds Up Production Cycles

The self-propelled blade brush clears chips from the guides continuously so buildup does not interfere with blade tracking.
