Carbide Blade Guides Stabilize the Cut from Start to Finish
The carbide blade guides use parallel double-row ball bearing support to hold the blade steady through the full depth of the cut. A blade that tracks true produces square, consistent results. This guide system also allows coolant to flow directly through the guides and onto the blade, keeping the cutting zone cooled and the blade running longer between changes.
Hydraulic Downfeed Keeps Pressure Consistent Through the Cut
