The HBS-1018 is built on a heavy-duty machined table bed that keeps the machine stable under load. Less vibration means the blade tracks true and the cut stays accurate from start to finish. Carbide Blade Guides with Double-Row Ball Bearings Support the Blade
The carbide blade guides use parallel double-row ball bearing support to hold the blade in position during the cut. Coolant is routed directly through the guides to keep both the blade and the material at a working temperature. This setup extends blade life and keeps the cut from drifting as the blade heats up.
Hydraulic Downfeed Gives You Control Over Cut Rate
The fully adjustable hydraulic downfeed lets you set the rate at which the bow descends into the material. A separate on/off control valve gives you a clean stop without disturbing your feed setting.
