Cast Construction Reduces Vibration at the Source
The cast iron wheel guard and heavy-duty steel cabinet work together to absorb vibration during the cut. Less vibration means the blade tracks true and the cut stays clean. Over the course of a full shift, that stability adds up to more consistent results and less wear on the machine.
Ground Vise Plates Hold Stock Firmly in Place
The ground vise plates give the vise a secure grip on the workpiece so it does not shift during the cut. The vise opens to 7.5 inches, which covers a wide range of solid round, square, and rectangular stock. Solid cuts depend on material that stays put, and these plates deliver that hold.
Whole Hand Trigger Keeps the Cutting Action Smooth
The spring-loaded whole hand trigger gives the operator full control of the cutting stroke from start to finish. The trigger design keeps your hand in a natural position and reduces fatigue during repeated cuts. It also supports a controlled, consistent feed through the material.
Spark Arrester and Dust Port Support a Cleaner Work Area
The spark arrester and spark guide direct sparks away from the operator and the surrounding work area. A dust collection hook-up on the spark arrester lets you tie the saw into your shop dust system to manage debris at the source. Keeping the area clear helps visibility and reduces cleanup time between cuts.
