The Edwards Automatic Shearing Productivity Pack gives you the back gauge and auto cut tools to run repeatable shearing operations with less setup time. It fits the flat bar shear and angle shear workstations on your Edwards Ironworker. The 48" back gauge and 48" auto cut both use a positive stop attachment mounted to the rear of the machine for consistent results. The fabricator's protractor and fence guides round out the kit so you can handle punch and shear work with the same accuracy.

• 48" Back Gauge — Adjustable stop attachment mounts to the rear of the ironworker for accurate, repeatable cuts out to 48" on the flat bar and angle shear workstations.
• 48" Auto Cut — Proximity sensor detects incoming material and automatically cycles the ironworker, keeping production moving on repeatable cuts without manual triggering.
• Fabricator's Protractor — Guides your workpiece on the punch and flat bar shear workstations. Reversible design with a straight edge and 15° increment markings through 180°.
• 12" and 18" Fence Guides — Steel fence guides align material quickly for precise, repeatable operations on both shear workstations.
