65-Ton Hydraulic System Delivers Consistent Cutting Force
A 7.5 HP motor drives a hydraulic system rated at 3,500 PSI with a 10-1/2 GPM pump and 17-gallon reservoir. Vertical ram movement applies even pressure across punch and shear operations, which reduces distortion and extends tooling life.
Tool Steel Blades and Changeable Punches Hold Up to Daily Use
Flat bar shear blades are precision machined from high-quality tool steel with four cutting edges for extended service life. Angle shear blades offer two corner radii for thin and thick material, and punches are available from 1/8" to 4" in round, square, oblong, hex, metric, and custom shapes.
PowerLink Turns the IW65 into a Hydraulic Power Source
PowerLink connects the IW65 to Edwards' line of hydraulic tools, accepting 14 interchangeable attachments and 17 accessories. It extends what the machine can do beyond its five workstations and allows one power unit to serve multiple tools in the shop.
