55-Ton Punch Capacity Handles Thick Mild Steel
The IW55 punches up to 1-1/16" diameter holes in 5/8" mild steel with a 7-1/2" throat depth and 1-1/4" stroke. Vertical ram movement delivers even pressure through each punch cycle, which reduces distortion and extends tooling life.
Four Workstations Support Fast Transition Between Operations
The machine runs four workstations — punch, flat bar shear, angle shear, and an open station — so you move between operations without switching machines. The open station accepts 11 interchangeable attachments to match your workload.
Precision Tool Steel Blades Stay Sharp Through Production Use
Flat bar shear blades are machined from high-quality tool steel with four cutting edges for long service life. Angle shear blades include two corner radii and two cutting edges for clean cuts through structural angle.
Optional PowerLink Connects Hydraulic Tools to the IW55
PowerLink turns the IW55 into a power source for Edwards hydraulic tools, expanding what the machine can do beyond its built-in workstations. It is available as an optional upgrade on select configurations for shops that want more from their hydraulic capacity.
