The DG-500 runs a 20 inch diameter disc at 1,100 RPM, giving you a wide grinding surface for flattening, deburring, and smoothing larger workpieces. The large disc face reduces the number of passes needed to finish a part cleanly.

Cast Iron Base and Table Reduce Vibration

The base and worktable are built from cast iron to absorb vibration and keep the machine stable under load. A rigid platform lets you hold tighter contact with the disc and get more consistent results across the face of the part.

Tilting Worktable Supports Angled Grinding
