Hydraulic Feed and Clamp System Automates Production Cutting
The BS-20A runs fully automatic feed, clamp, cut, and return cycles driven by a hydraulic system. The hydraulic gantry feed moves material through the cut zone at a controlled rate while the hydraulic clamp holds it firmly in place. This removes the manual steps that slow output and introduce variation, keeping cuts consistent from the first piece to the last across long production runs.
Variable Blade Speed Adapts to Different Materials
Blade speed adjusts from 89 to 256 FPM to match the material being cut. Slower speeds suit harder materials like stainless steel and solid bar, while faster speeds move through aluminum and thin-wall tubing more efficiently. This range lets one machine cover a wider variety of stock without changing setups between runs. Carbide and roller blade guides support stable tracking across the full speed range.
Integrated Coolant and Chip Auger Extends Blade Life
The BS-20A includes a flood coolant system and a hydraulic chip auger that work together to keep the cut zone clear. Coolant reduces heat at the blade during extended cutting, which directly affects how long blades last and the surface finish left on cut ends. The auger clears chips away from the work area automatically, reducing buildup that would otherwise interrupt the cut cycle.
Swivel Head Miter Capability Handles Angled Cuts
The saw head swivels up to 45 degrees for miter cutting without repositioning the material on the table. Round capacity at 90 degrees is 13 inches. Rectangular capacity at 90 degrees is 13 inches by 18 inches.
