Electromagnetic Clamping System Enables Enclosed Bends
The magnetic clamping system replaces the mechanical clamp bar of a standard brake, leaving the work area open on all sides. This open-ended design allows you to form fully enclosed boxes, triangles, and multi-plane bends that a traditional brake cannot complete.
Foot Pedal Control Frees Both Hands During Forming
A foot pedal engages the magnetic clamp, so both hands stay on the workpiece during setup and repositioning. This lets you adjust material position before committing to the bend without losing control of the part.
72-Inch Working Width Handles Large Panels
The full 6-foot bending length accommodates larger sheet metal panels in a single setup. Six tons of clamping force hold consistent pressure across the entire length for clean, uniform bends from end to end.
Adjustable Finger Setback Supports Straight and Segmented Bends
The finger setback adjusts to accommodate material thickness for both straight bends and segmented box and pan work. With the bending leaf extension removed, the brake handles up to 16-gauge mild steel and 20-gauge stainless, bending to a full 180 degrees.
