The BB-7212 frame is built from fully welded heavy-duty steel to hold its shape when bending at full capacity. A rigid frame keeps the bending beam consistent across the full 72-inch working width so bends stay straight from one end to the other.
Adjustable Fingers Allow Box and Pan Configuration
The brake includes 17 hardened fingers in 3-inch and 6-inch sizes that can be arranged or removed to form boxes and pans with internal bends. Adjustable finger configuration lets the operator set up for a wide range of part geometries without additional tooling.
Counterbalance System Reduces Operator Effort
A built-in counterbalance weight system offsets the weight of the bending beam during operation. This reduces the physical effort required to make repeated bends at full 12-gauge capacity throughout a long production session.
