Apollo Complete Atomizing Spray Kit

This spray kit adds six nozzle and needle sizes plus six air caps to your Apollo 7700 Spray Gun, and is also compatible with the 7500 and 7600 series. It covers every size Apollo offers except the 1.0mm already installed standard on your gun, making it the full-range option for shops that spray a wide variety of coatings.

The 7700 Spray Gun ships standard with a B air cap and 1.0mm needle and nozzle installed. Since you already have that size, you can pair your gun's standard B-HS cap, included in this kit, with the 1.0mm size for heavier automotive primers.

• 0.8mm size with A cap (16 second Zahn #2) for thin stains, inks, and water based finishes
• 0.8mm size with B-HS cap for automotive sealer, basecoat, and clear coat
• 1.3mm size with B-HS cap (17 to 20 second Zahn #2) for automotive 2K and epoxy primer, waterborne polyurethane topcoats
• 1.5mm size with B-HS cap (18 to 24 second Zahn #2), also recommended for smoother latex on cabinets
• 1.8mm size with C-HS cap (18 to 26 second Zahn #2) for latex paint on walls and doors
• 2.0mm size with C cap (14 to 35 second Zahn #2) for thinned latex paint, heavy primers, and industrial coatings
• 2.5mm size with D cap (35+ second Zahn #2) for thinned latex paint, heavy primers, solvent adhesives, and wax based strippers
• 2.5mm size with D-HS cap for finishes above 35 percent solids content
• Stainless steel needles and nozzles resist wear
• Anodized aluminum air caps are color-coded for easy identification
