Lower Plastic Jaws
These perform the same function as the upper soft jaws supplied with the basic vise, except that they cover the bottom part of the clamp instead of the top. They are particularly useful when using the vise in the "low-jaw" position. Sold in pairs. (PLEASE NOTE: If you own one of the very first Zyliss Vises made, they do not have slots in the bottom of the jaws which means the lowere soft jaws cannot be used with those vises.)

End Stop
The unique z-Vise end stop may be mounted anywhere to provide a third clamping surface, creating a virtually unlimited clamping capacity when used with a reversed quick-release jaw as mentioned above. Attach both the vise and the end stop to a 2x4 or any other long object, and you can create a clamp of whatever length you might need! Like the bench clamps, the end stop can also be used as a c-clamp.

Metal jaw covers
While the z-Vise and SwissRex are not designed for use with metal parts and the extreme clamping torque they often require, occasional use with metal parts is inevitable in most shops. The metal covers are set over the large clamping faces of the jaws to protect the clamping surfaces from the damage otherwise caused by metal or other hard objects being held. Why not save yourself the cost of resurfacing your jaws? Sold in pairs. NOTE: SWISSREX JAW COVERS ARE STEEL, z-VISE COVERS ARE ALUMINUM.
